Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of UltraMuse Creator Studio (“Creator Studio,” “we,” or “us”). By using Creator Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age requirements of every connected platform. You are responsible for your account, devices, credentials, connected social accounts, and activity performed through them.
Creator Studio
Creator Studio provides AI-assisted image, video, audio, captioning, workflow, scheduling, and social-publishing tools. Features, models, limits, and third-party providers may change as the service evolves.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, store, and transmit that content so we can provide the features you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for all people, media, music, brands, and other material you use.
AI-generated output
AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output and determining whether it is appropriate, lawful, and suitable before using or publishing it. We do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, accuracy, or fitness of generated output.
Connected platforms and publishing
Connecting a social account authorizes Creator Studio to use the permissions you approve. We publish only to destinations you select, either immediately or according to a schedule you create. Platform processing, moderation, availability, limits, and final publication are controlled by the applicable platform. Your use must also comply with TikTok, Meta, and any other connected platform’s terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You may not use Creator Studio to violate law or another person’s rights; impersonate or deceive; create non-consensual intimate content; exploit minors; distribute malware or spam; evade platform enforcement; scrape credentials; interfere with the service; or publish content you are not authorized to use.
Plans and payments
Paid access is governed by the plan, price, usage limits, and purchase terms shown when you buy. “Lifetime” access, when offered, means access for the supported commercial life of the purchased Creator Studio product and does not guarantee that every current provider, model, or third-party feature will remain available forever.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, address nonpayment, prevent abuse, or protect Creator Studio. You may stop using the service and disconnect social accounts at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
Creator Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, platform approval, publication, or preservation of every file. To the extent permitted by law, UltraMuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or platform actions arising from your use of Creator Studio.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Creator Studio changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
