This policy explains how UltraMuse Creator Studio (“Creator Studio,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use the desktop app, hosted web app, and connected publishing services.
Information we handle
- Account and access information, such as your email address, subscription or activation status, and device identifiers used to secure desktop access.
- Connected social-account information, such as platform user IDs, display names, page or profile IDs, granted permissions, and OAuth access and refresh tokens.
- Content you choose to process or publish, including images, videos, captions, hashtags, destinations, schedules, and publishing-job status.
- Operational information, such as error reports, request timing, security events, and diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, provide AI creation tools, connect accounts you authorize, store and process selected media, publish or schedule posts at your direction, maintain job history, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
Social-platform connections
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or another supported platform, the platform sends us authorization tokens and account information. Tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are used only to perform actions you request. Publishing sends your selected media, caption, settings, and related metadata to the chosen platform under its own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect a platform from Creator Studio to stop future access.
Service providers and disclosure
We use hosting, storage, AI-processing, payment, authentication, analytics, and social-platform providers to operate Creator Studio. We disclose information only as needed to provide those services, comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Creator Studio, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Publishing jobs and uploaded media may persist so scheduled posts and history work correctly. You may disconnect social accounts at any time and request deletion of personal information by emailing us.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption for stored social tokens. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate and may be subject to local law.
Children
Creator Studio is not intended for children under 13 or anyone below the minimum age required by an applicable social platform.
Changes
We may update this policy as Creator Studio changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
